Application with behaviour examples and then once that was reviewed it was an interview which was made up of about 4/5 competency questions based on civil service behaviours. There was 2 people interviewing who were very friendly and the interview lasted about 45 mins to an hour. Very laid back and make sure you read the civil service behaviours.

Seen post on civil service website, filled in the application form. It is quite lengthy, with several questions exploring your skills and experience. 3-4 weeks later, received an email successfully invited for an interview which was the final stage. 3 competency based question, one scenario based questions.
