Had one phone screen with recruiter, one phone screen with hiring manager, an onsite with hiring manager and a manger. They told me they are interested to move forward, however I was unavailable for two weeks and they agreed to schedule once I had availability. Upon my availability I emailed the recruiter several times, I received no response. After 3 weeks I got an auto generated email that they passed on my profile. I was frustrated, and reached out to the recruiter who said that the hiring manager changed the job profile and thats when they decided to not pursue further. This seemed like a very made up excuse, since this is the first time I have heard where people change job profile in the middle of interviewing people. Also when I asked the recruiter in my initial phone interview, about why they had such a bad glassdoor rating they gave me a very cookie cutter answer.
