I applied to the position through TekSystems website listing, from there a recruiter called me and provided me some information about the position, the company and went over verifying my resume/application. The next step we set up a Skype interview as i was living in about 2 hours away and it was just a "face to face" screener interview with the recruiter, put a face to the name and went into more details as to the pay, what to expect at the company and relocation plans. The next step was an in person panel interview, was strictly technical questions, no whiteboard or scenario questions, no culture or personal questions just got down to the point to find out your technical aptitude and where you are at with your knowledge relevant to the position. A week or two after that i was brought in for a second interview which was about half diving more into technical knowledge and half discussing some of what i do on my off time. I received an offer at the second interview and i went back to my recruiter with the offer and signed all the relevant paperwork i needed to. I did not have a security clearance, so from there i had to fill out the relevant paperwork and follow the process and once i was granted interim clearance i received my start date. After applying to the position the interview process took approximately one month, and another month between the job offer and start date.
