I had a phone interview first, then a one on one with the executive I would be reporting to, then a follow up to present my 30-60-90 day plan and meet with the owners of the company. It was a fairly standard interview process which moved quickly through the steps. I was interviewing for a new position and bringing new skills and knowledge to the company, so they were eager to fill it.
