The interview process was incredibly thorough and quite long, but it gave me a great sense of the company I would be joining. I don't think I would be going into my first days at the company with as much confidence if I didn't have the interview process. It both made me feel that I had given AP a good sense of myself as a person and an employee and that I'd gotten a good sense of the company.

Overall, the experience felt inefficient and disappointing given the time and effort required.
