Colloquio
In Japan the process is long, must start applying early, then go through an aptitude test, pass at least 3 interviews. Japanese knowledge seems to be expected from English applicants as well.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
1st interview - case study, offer a solution/plan to certain conditions
2st interview - experience in projects during school, language knowledge, expectations from the company and positions etc

Colloquio
The interview process was pretty straight forward. It consisted of one group case interview, one 1on1 case interview, and one 1on1 final interview.
Group Interview:
The case was pretty simple, I felt that asserting a clear position within your team was the main aim here. I think they were looking at whether you contribute well to a team, regardless of whether you were leading or supporting the discussion.
1-1 Case interview:
Again, the case was quite simple and broad. They give you more than enough time to brainstorm. I felt that defining key terms, explaining your assumptions, and general presentation skills were what was important here.
Final interview:
The final interview was only about 30 minutes and consisted entirely of personal background questions or Why Accenture questions.
