Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Accenture (Kharar, Punjab) nel mese di ott 2025
Colloquio
The Accenture interview process consisted of three main stages.
The first was an online assessment round that included aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and basic coding questions.
Candidates who cleared that were invited for the technical interview, where I was asked about my academic projects, programming concepts such as OOPs, data structures, and some problem-solving questions.
The final round was an HR interview, which focused on my communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and reasons for wanting to join Accenture.
Overall, the process was smooth and well-organized, with interviewers being friendly and professional.

One of the main questions they asked me was to explain the difference between an abstract class and an interface in Java, and when to use each.
I explained that an abstract class can have both implemented and unimplemented methods, while an interface focuses on defining contracts for classes. Then I gave a short example from my project.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.

Had long aptitude rounds followed by 3 coding questions. All were pretty easy. Followed by a 10 minute interview held online, not technical, just asked personal questions. The coding questions had web design (HTML & CSS), basic DSA (python, C# or java)
