Accenture had tied up with Amcat to conduct online test. Recruitment had only 2rounds. Amcat test and HR round cum technical.
Accenture hired level-13 ASE even though candidate never qualified to get hired. Accenture India had no specific policy created for Level-13 ASE.
It was a clever play to hire Level-13 at very low cost and also not to promote them till 3years. This is was not informed to candidates while hiring.

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
