There are two stages of interviews. The first is a technical interview, and the final stage is an interview with the Managing Director.
The technical interview focuses more on technical discussions, asking about past experience, and includes some case studies. It takes less than one hour.
The interview with the Managing Director is more of a casual conversation. It also takes less than one hour.

I had one round of interview and it went pretty well. Though, in general, there are 2 rounds of interview. I got a call after 2 weeks from HR where they told me I was selected for the job role.

The interview process is not transparent , i got call from agency , hence i applied, got call from different HR peoples , not explained about the role or anything , when we call no body is picking call , Only the interviewer was really good and went well.
Currently i am working as technical manager , but the job titile is starting level , There is no POC to call and clarify , when we call the help desk it will keep going on more than 30 mints.. Seems like it will be oneway communcation , every time different HR peoples are keep asking us only , nobody is answering our queires like Role , desigination. etc...
