Received an email about a position. I applied and a couple days later I was contacted by an HR rep. They discussed the company and the position that I was applying for. They also answered any questions that I had. They said that they would pass my name along but they werent sure because I didnt have much experience as I was fresh out of school. About 2 or 3 weeks later I was contacted via email and asked to schedule a technical phone interview. A week following the interview I was asked to come in for like a testing phase in which I would come and they would go over what they do and I would use their software so that they could see whether or not I could handle it or get use to it. I went in for 2 days of that for 3hrs each. About a week and a half later I was contacted and asked to schedule a closing interview. A few days after the closing interview I was contacted about an offer.
