It was structured and smooth. Everyone was personable and enthusiastic about the company. First round- HR phone screening, second round-in office technical skills interview, lastly third round-senior exec behavioural. Received a cell phone lens kit as a thank you gift. The recruiter responses are rather delayed which is a bit disappointing.

A call with a recruiter then a final round around 2 weeks later. They are very quick like many consulting firms. A lot more behavioral and what would you do if a client did this type of questions.
