The interview process conisted n three phases:
1- group interviews with presentations, role games and english test. This pasrt was conducted by an outsourcing staff.
2- 1:1 interview with a manager, talking about my background, my expectations and playing a role game
3- 1:1 interviw with partner. it was just a formal conversations about Accenture an my future role
The first two phases have been really stressful, indead the last one has been almost relaxing,
Anyway if you like consulting approach, you will enjoy yourself.

Got a call from recruiter and asked few question like where i m currently working, what is my expected salary and about notice period .Then after a day got a call for scheduling technical interview . had a interview call with interviewer and he asked me few question regarding my skills and experience.

Tre colloqui diversi, un colloquio conoscitivo, un assasment test con altre persone e infine un colloquio tecnico in cui ti chiedevano di fare una presentazione su dei progetti che ti leggevano da una traccia. Nessuna domanda tecnica
It interview process is lengthy. Interviewer was technically strong basics and good knowledge on latest technology in SAP.
I did not get asked much questions on Oracle and DB2. interview was mainly around upgrades and Hana data base migrations from other databases.
