Telefoninterview mit HR gefolgt mit einem Assessment Center. English ist ein muss.
3-4 Kollegen waren im Interview dabei. Sehr angenehm, keine Brain-Teaser. Nur relevante Tests.
Nach 1 Tag vor Ort bekommt man eine Ab oder Zusage. Ein Kollege begleitet die Bewerber am ganzen Tag für Fragen, auch beim Mittagessen so dass man sich gut ein Bild von dem Unternehmen machen kann.
Bewerbertag mir verschiedenen Case Studies und Fragerunden. Am Ende des Tages gab es ein Angebot. Sehr fairer und guter Prozess. Es war auch jemand vor Ort dem man viele Fragen stellen konnte.

Before you can have your initial interview, you will undergo to an assessment test to know if you are mentally fit for the job. After you pass the test you will undergo in a initial interview and followed by a technical interview.
The interview process was pretty relaxed. I interviewed with a specific team. That team that I interviewed for was the team I was assigned to once I joined the company.
