Four stages
1) Online test for personality and numerics
2)Recorded interview (questions can be found by reading through other posters on glassdoor)
3) interview with manager (case interview)
4)interview with senior management
For no.3, case interview was on a completely unrelated topic on technology delivery. Subsequently received a rejection email stating if i wanted to consider reapplying as a technology delivery analyst (skip to stage 3).
Unsure if Accenture was behind honest with me in their consideration for me for the first position as I was told that there are no positions avaliable for tech consulting analyst in the service group that I was allocated for the first position. Keep your eyes open when applying for Accenture and beware!

It was very smooth and generally questions were from CV itself. One should be thorough with Cv and job description to answer those questions. They are looking for someone who is confident and can handle the challenges in job.

About the previous job experience and cross questions from there
Three interviews: 1. Fit interview, 2. Case interview and 3. Interview with unit lead. Fit interview was on my background and motivations. Case interview included standard problem-solving/market sizing types of questions. The interview with unit lead was more on my expectations with Accenture and the work I might be doing.
