Quite thorough but a rewarding experience to those with a genuine interest in the company and consulting in general. No unnecessary numerical/verbal tests and a reasonable case study. Assessment centre was not about finding an answer but more about working together - please note this future applicants, as there was a lady in our group who continuously disagreed without reason and made it difficult (she didn't get the job).
