They conduct a three- round process for most of the positions.
- 2 HR rounds and a manager ops round
- Aptitude/ test on the field for accounts or engineer students when those positions arises.
It is easy if your are bold and brave enough. They mostly observe your way of response and how you phrase your answers intelligently.
You mostly just have to be aware of the company , about yourself and what you exactly do and mean to do, and also about the way you describe your background/life and hobbies must make them like you.

Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
