Lengthy and annoying, HR are disrespectful and they lack coordination CV are screened on basis of salary and years of experience.
Since this is operations all the managers come in the late shift hence you have to wait till evening to complete all rounds of your interview.

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
