Applied through university career website. Accepted for a 1:1 30 minute interview. I did not connect with the interviewer . He acted disinterested and seemed to be waiting for me to give a pitch rather than asking questions to guide the conversation. 10 minutes in he was already talking about what I should do to reach the second round "next time".
To be honest, I wasn't sold on the position going in and had not prepared as stringently as I usually do.Still, the cold and aloof interviewer did not help.

Interview was very detailed. Recruitment team were great. Always on top of things. They set it all up.
Exhaustive process. Many rounds. Can take up to 4-6 weeks from the start to finish when you have an offer letter.
Initial HR screening is easy. What are you currently doing? Why do you want to join ACN?
Certain rounds are grueling. Especially the behavioral. Where hey ask you detailed scenario based questions.
Skills were relatively straight forward. If you have been working then you shouldn't face any challenges in the skills round.
Partner Closing Interview - most easy relaxed interview ever.

Had three Interviews. The recruiting process is very professional. They treat candidates with respect. First Interview was with the Recruiter, second and third on the technical side. The technical interviewer asked domain questions. Not difficult if you are prepared and have relevant experience. Overall happy with the way they treat candidates during the interview
