Our college has been associated with Accenture Solutions Private Limited as a mass recruitment firm since a long time now. After working with Accenture for a year now, it can be told that all the employees believe and follow all the core principles. Overall selection consisted of a total of three rounds. Firstly, being the selection of students eligible with a certain criteria who were further allowed to appear for the first round which was aptitude- round consisting of verbal,logical and basic Math. Since the company interviewed during weekends, so the second and the third round were carried on the same day where in 5 people were interviewed together. This was a fun round since we knew who all were expected to be likely to be seen once on board.
