Application
Applied online and inputted my work experiences and qualifications on their form. Afterwards there was a personality quiz where you answer questions about how you approach work. Then there was an online assessment. You are asked to review case notes, messages and emails and answer a set of questions around them.
Assessment centre
There was a large range of tasks that test how you react in different situations (group activity & interviews). The interview questions were strength-based, where they ask you to analyse different situations/case studies. I was asked to prepare a small 1-on-1 presentation on a technology area that Accenture are working on with extensive questioning afterwards.

I went through the Empowering Future Series at Accenture. Very helpful and gives an insight into what Accenture does. The application and interview process was described thoroughly before we all went to the Assessment Centre.

It was about 10-15mins long with a recruiter. Questions were competency and strength-based. Wished the recruiter was less robotic and more friendly. Roughly I was given 2 mins per question to answer. Overall, it was a decent experience.

First stage was sending your personal data and experience, second stage was an online assessment (situational judgement and some maths), third stage was the assessment centre, which required to record some videos (like in a job simulation), interact with other candidates, and a strength based interview with the assessor.
