I had 2 years and 4 months experience in a mnc company like Accenture. . I have applied through referral and the process was cool. I got a email from Accenture to give online skill assessment test that can be taken from anywhere. Once I have cleared the test there was no demand for my skill so the status was pending. After a month or so I got a call letter from them asking for Face to Face interview which was actually a telephonic interview in their office. Soon cleared that and done with HR round where he asked to upload all the documents. I got a email saying I have cleared all the rounds and Within 8 days I got offer letter. So everything depends on their demand for skill
