The interview went great, and the interviewer told me I would be getting feedback in the following 1-2 weeks. I haven't heard back from her in nearly 2 months. I emailed her demonstrating clear interest for the company and position, asking for an update on my application, but she never took the time to respond and hasn't followed-up (good or bad news, doesn't matter). My candidature is strongly in line with their requirements, and I've received great feedback from the industry overall. Their inability to follow through with their interviewees is a recurring situation, and I strongly advise management to reevaluate their HR practices. Such lack of discipline has a direct impact on their ability to manage their talent as a whole. So I advise anyone interested in a consulting career to keep that in mind. Would never recommend Accenture.
