1) CV + Cover letter + Motivational Questions
2) Online Inductive Reasoning & Mathematical Reasoning Test
3) Telephone Interview with HR (25 min.)
4) Recruiting Dinner ( = Personality Assessment)
5) Case Interview with Manager
6) Case Interview with Managing Director
7) Offer / No Offer
The total process took almost 3 months, including waiting a full month before receiving (negative) feedback after the final interview.
