I applied for a position of junior java developer. There were 2 interviews. The first one was with HR and after it finished I was given a test with 20 questions, all java related. The second interview was about an hour or hour and a half long with 2 interviewers. The questions were very basic and easy and the interviewers were really helpful and nice.

Colloquio molto selettivo dove si testano le capacità del candidato nel mondo java tramite domande e dimostrazioni pratiche, si valutano attitudine al problem solving e capacità di lavorare anche sotto stress.

First interview is mostly behavioural and personal questions like interests and previous experiences. After that interview there is an english test, in case they ask for another language.
All the interviews were remote, either on the phone or on teams.

3 stages of interview, first round is aptitude and coding, second round is about communication skills and then the last round is HR's personal interview it is quite easy and HR's are also very kind and friendly
