I'm from coimbatore. I came chennai to attend the interview through walk-in. As I'm a fresher I had 3 major rounds and one minor round.
First is a Technical round, and next to that it is aptitude and finally HR. It depends upon your performance in the interview. It may lead to have 2 more HR rounds if they need. I have cleared it in one HR round and said selected on spot. Interview took 2 days. And they called me for documentation one day. And within 2 weeks I joined Accenture. It's been 79 days there now and its so cool there to learn things!

Colloquio
HR is lenient. They may schedule an interview but does not follow up. There are no proper response to your call. Sometime they might call you for an interview and they themselves would be on leave. Which would lead to incomplete rounds. Now it would be your duty to chase them for next rounds. If God would have mercy on you they might respond, else you can only scratch your head and curse yourself for wasting your valuable time and effort. They are carrying the legacy of Govt offices to private sector. (Accenture, Gurgaon Sec-21)
