I applied through job portal and I got call for an interview from Accenture HR on 25th Jan 2021, interview has been scheduled on 3rd Feb 2021, on the same someone call and confirm availability and say we are sending you an invite for digital interview. I was waiting for their response almost for a day and didn't get any further update. They almost did this with for 3-4 times and never sent an invite mail. Finally today that is 18th Feb 2021,I received an invite mail where they send interview code and 2 attachments (HireVue guide and do-don't) and I joined the call prior 15 minutes and waiting for others to join, literally waiting since half an hour and nobody joined the call. This is very frustrating and irritating things they did to me.

The interviewer bypassed definition-based questions entirely, instead posing complex, real-time scenarios—such as designing user sharing models, configuring custom LWR templates, or troubleshooting license limitations—to evaluate actual project experience and implementation expertise.
