initial screening is good but next interviews take a while. two (2) to three (3) weeks per hike is kinda off. It might be different to some cases, given the pandemic but not sure why this is the case. Could've been better though especially that everything is online nowadays - which people could easily reach out instantly - could be the volume too but then again, what's the ratio?
