There were 3 rounds of 1 to 1 interview. For the first round, a manager met up with me to find out about my character and fit in the company. The second round of interview tested my consulting skills. The last round of interview consisted of an offer for the job.

I passed the online test and was got called for an interview with a manager. He said he did not read my CV beforehand, and he thought my profile align with another team better. He gave me a case anyway, and told me to continue interview with another team. I felt it was a red flag that their recruiter sent my CV to a team who found my experience less relevant, and I had to do a first round of interview for no reasons, so I declined the second interview.

Easy with description of existing process. case study was difficult; however, we could be done with a bit of practice. Salary negotiations are important. AI related stuff asked, be comfortable with that.
People from human resources are friendly and approachable. A presentation on what the company does is given. There is a group interview, then a solo interview. They provided free lunch and snacks for everyone.
