Unfortunately, my experience with Accenture was disappointing. The interviewer seemed uninterested in my background and didn’t engage much with my answers. Although I answered all the questions, which were fairly easy, and the conversation went smoothly, I did not receive an offer. It felt like the interviewer was specifically looking for an offshore candidate, and my answers and presence didn’t seem to matter.

3 Rounds with 1 coding, 1 tech + Mgmt and 1 HR. In the coding round there was a selenium based problem and you have to write the solution. In tech + mgmt role, you had to share about your previous exp, how did you manage to bring down the testing time, and how did your team manage all the bugs and issues. What framework you used. Did you use a POM model or data object model.

Interview process was not good. HR do not response there. After taking all rounds they say that interview has been cleared and they force you to upload all documents. After getting documents they stop responding.
