(This was in Accenture Philippines)
The main steps were these:
1. Initial interview - HR asks about the basics.
2. Technical interview - Technical Interview with an Associate Manager with a Technical Background. They have a set of questions that can be mostly answered by yes or no. There are also some situational questions.
3. Closing Interview - closing interview with a Manager or someone with a higher rank. They will also ask you some questions. But up to this point, your more likely to have passed already and this is just a 'formality'. The interviewer will also brief to you about what working in Accenture is like.
the Interviewer during #3 told me to wait for someone to call me for the offer but it's been almost a month. No Offer.
I followed up the HR POC that have handled my application and he just gave me a robotic reply telling me to wait for the recruitment POC's email.
No offer still. Even if I didn't have an offer, they should at least give me feedback. They just wasted my time. They don't event treat their applicants right. trash company. I dont recommend.
