the whole process is a mess, the communication with the candidate is lacking throughout the entire process and it takes forever for them to get back to you. The recruiter doesn't communicate with you efficiently. The whole process is long and messy

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
