They first gave me a 30 min call with basic questions like what I do, some background information and why Accenture. Then I took a digital assessment with a lot questions about how to handle situations and insights on what the company does. After that you get a second interview and I had to prepare a case, present it and then got asked some situational questions. Then another interviewer asked me more behavioral and situational questions for another 45 minutes. It was a really long interview and you really have to prepare.

I did their Student Leadership Program but did not get an offer. The interview was pretty average, with a screening interview and some basic behavioral questions. The Consulting Development Program does not do case interviews.
