Accenture HR contact person did not call me when ACCENTURE scheduled my initial phone interview. Finally did it then she did not send the zoom meeting. Finally got that and the interviewers were 11 minutes late and left 3 minutes early. They did not put on video but expected me to. Not allowed questions at end. The three off shore interviewers did not seem to know what was going on or how to handle this. Accenture was horrible in the whole process including GHOSTING before my interview!!!

The interviewer bypassed definition-based questions entirely, instead posing complex, real-time scenarios—such as designing user sharing models, configuring custom LWR templates, or troubleshooting license limitations—to evaluate actual project experience and implementation expertise.
