First process is HR called to schedule an interview with the team lead. During the interview, I thought it was one on one but instead a panel interview with 3 team lead. First, they let you talk about yourself, then as you go along they ask almost every detail in your resume.. If you pass, the 2nd interview is with the team lead and the manager (US based). Almost informal type of interview, just getting to know your learning style, current situation, behavioral type of questions

HR called me for an onsite interview the following day with a strict time. Never had a chance to give availability.
Interviewed once with the hiring manager and his boss. The one hour interview was more like a casual conversation explaining my experiences and what the job is about. No technical questions, but the manager had full understanding of my skills and experiences based on our conversation. Truly enjoyed the interview with the manager and would love to work for him.
Declined the offer due to poor HR process and length. Told HR I had other offers, needed an answer by this week... I received an 'verbal' offer two weeks later. If the timing was right, I would've accepted.
