Super short and easy interview process. The team I interviewed with was really great to work with. They were very responsive to all questions I had and quick to turn around a response on the position.

Really slow and drawn out process - over 3 months from initial application to final decision. Frustrating and slow outsourced system to book interview slots. The whole system was very disjointed. Took 6 weeks after my final case study interview (and a lot of chasing) to finally be informed I didn't get the role.
