The interview took place shorty after my application. I was contacted both by phone and email. The interviewers were professional, friendly, understanding, flexible and straight to the point. I was also able to make some questions of my own regarding the position and the company itself.

The process consisted of two interview rounds, each containing two case studies covering a range of business problems. In addition to the cases, both interviews included questions on technology trends that could disrupt the consulting industry — think AI, automation, and data-driven decision making — so it's worth having a clear point of view on those. You'll also be asked about your motivation for tech consulting specifically and why Accenture, so make sure you can articulate what draws you to the intersection of technology and strategy, and what sets Accenture apart from other firms in that space.
