In my case, the interview was via Zoom. It took around and hour and half. First of all I had a call with an HR representative. They asked me few gnerela questions about what was my experience before and what are my expectations from the poistion I am applying for. Then I had the technical interview. Since this was my first job the questions were more focused on theory then on hands on skills. Theys asked me series of questions through JavaScript, CSS, HTML. It was ok. I have answered correctly around 50% then 25% I have answered partially and 25% I did knot the answer for.

The interviewer bypassed definition-based questions entirely, instead posing complex, real-time scenarios—such as designing user sharing models, configuring custom LWR templates, or troubleshooting license limitations—to evaluate actual project experience and implementation expertise.
