I had one screening call for around 20 minutes - after 5 days an interview to what took 20 minutes and recruiter wouldn’t look at my face when I speaking to her. She would just be taking notes. The worst interview ever. Accenture supply a doc with questions that the recruiter would be asking. Very easy interview.

Very easy, 2 steps of interview. First one is with hr for screening, very general questions about future goals, why this company etc. second is star method behavorial questions. They give an answer in a couple of days.

The interview process takes lot of time none of the hrs manage to follow-up every task must be done by self, no one bothers to update details. They hire in bulk and fire in bulk so think before joining
