I only went to the first interview. They call you unexpectedly, but above all they want to know your soft skills mainly through your extracurriculars, what you like the most in terms of code projects you have engaged through university or outside of it, they test on english with a few questions. They told about salary (around 1300€/month gross) and benefits such as having a summer and winter time schedules (employees get out earlier during summer and all fridays). They want to show they have a good work environment and easy to engage with. They offer
OA->Phone interview(asked two questions, and then availability and salary expectation)->still waiting on feedback, as apparently it takes 2-3 more weeks to review everything. good in general as it tells you a rough timeframe
Very long had 3 stages, with an online test, a test centre and an in person interview but the response to the interviews was very quick. Unfortunately the role they were offering was less than ideal.

2 task based interviews, framed as cases asking about how you would go about certain situations, one of mine was a sensitive cyber security banking case asking me about how i would prepare, how i would go about networking to prepare for this case and how i could help.
