First the ask for telephonic interview. Later one test and final hr round. Then later on the discuss salary round and they provide 2 way cab also. The Hr was good for me.

he HR interviewer started by asking me to introduce myself and explain why I was interested in working at Accenture. I spoke about my interest in working for a global company, my passion for helping customers, and how Accenture’s focus on innovation and client service aligned with my career goals. We also discussed my previous experience handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and working with performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
In the second part, the interviewer focused on practical customer support scenarios. I was asked how I would handle an angry customer, a delayed service issue, and a situation where I didn’t immediately know the answer to a customer’s question. I explained that I would remain calm, listen actively, empathize with the customer, and follow escalation procedures when necessary. I emphasized clear communication, documentation, and teamwork.
