i applied online and gave interview on 22 nov 2023.Interviewer was very friendly..First he introduced himself then asked my introduction And about final year project and some basic hr question.. most of the time they check only communication skill .. but they dont release results timely

Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
the interview process was good and it was good you will be selected from an online technical round for the interview. prepare with your projects and work on your communication skills

First there was an aptitude test with two coding questions, followed by a communication round assessing clarity and confidence, and finally a technical and HR interview as the selection stage.
