you have to answer a few screening tesst before proceeding with the interview stage, and then the disappointing part is where you wouldn't get any updates if you are not listed for the nect stage.
The interview was very well conducted, HR gives a script of how the interview will be conducted and how to answer the questions, it is enough to follow that and if you have the experience they will hire you, there's no need to talk to much, just be very objective.
