The HR recruitment team does not have much knowledge on mobile related testing trends in market. They called me for mobile testing interview. When I went for the interview the first time, they made me wait for one hour and finally no one interviewed me as per schedule. They rescheduled it again on next day. When I went the next day, the interviewer told me that they are not looking for my profile. They also said that it may be a confusion from HR recruitment team.
So HR does not communicate well with the teams regarding the exact requirement.
I suggest you to kindly speak to your teams for specific requirements instead of generic terms and look out for candidates for those exact requirements and kindly do not waste our time and your time.

Then there was a managerial round focusing on my experience and problem-solving approach. Overall, the process was clear, and the interviewers were professional and supportive.

Better to improve the quality of the interview ..and ask questions related to professionals and same way for freshers and students.. treating professionals like college passed outs is un acceptable and there should be some checks on interviewer as well
