Three rounds with basic questions, they focus only on your interpersonal skills, mostly like your way of communication, your hobby, Technical skill is tested in first round itself, the more you are not nervous, the more the possibility of cracking the interview

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
