I applied as a Workday HCM Consultant, but my application was transferred to the Workday Integration Consultant position. There was an on-site interview, and I waited for around four hours before it started. The technical interviewer was good. It was an informal interview, and I conducted a reverse interview, asking a lot of questions about the position. After the interview, we were told by the HR, "Congratulations, you passed. Wait for the job offer tomorrow." I waited for around three weeks and then followed up. Later, I found out that my application had been declined (No Longer Under Consideration).

The interview process is smooth. Better to recap the basic workday integration concepts and scenario based concepts before interview. Mostly it contains two or three rounds( Technical, HR and may be Managerial)
