Ottimo colloquio ma purtroppo nessuna opportunità perchè il lavoro non corrispondeva, ottima persona ma purtroppo non corrispondeva al mio profilo lavorativo attuale e quindi non è andato a buon fine.

Waste of time. Scheduled a first interview 2 weeks out at a date/time confirmed from both sides. Morning of, I receive an automated email that the interview will be postponed due to unknown reasons and that I will get a chance in the portal to choose a new date/time. The new availabilities weren't showing up in the portal so I had to chase and after a week finally made the confirmed the new interview date/time. Spend my time leading up to the interview preparing well. I join the meeting, I wait 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes.. no one shows up and I reach out whether the person is running over. Only to receive a response much later that they meant to cancel my interview but that the system didn't reflect it, because they had chosen to proceed with another candidate and did not want to waste my time. Role still got reposted on Linkedin a long time after
