Colloquio
This interview process is designed for those with no prior experience and fresh graduates like me. The first step is a phone call, where you'll be asked questions like your work-from-home setup and whether you're willing to work in the office or on night shifts. The second step is an assessment, which includes an English grammar test that is relatively easy. Once you pass, there will be another phone call, where you'll be asked situational or scenario-based questions related to your college activities, projects, and thesis work (e.g., what you did, etc.), as well as your OJT (on-the-job training). It's essentially about sharing your journey. Lastly, they'll ask questions related to the position you're applying for, so it's important to research the company background. They also want to know if you're genuinely interested in the role.
