The interview was straightforward, focusing on customer service skills and situational judgment. Having examples ready for teamwork and customer handling helped. The environment was friendly and supportive. The interviewer was approachable and asked open-ended questions, allowing me to showcase my strengths.

Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
