26/3 - HR approached me via WhatsApp, and an interview was scheduled for 31/3. However, I later received an email stating that the interview was cancelled. I confirmed with HR, who assured me that the session was still confirmed, just cancelled on their side. 31/3 - I joined the call early, but throughout the entire hour, the interviewer did not join the call. No update was provided by HR regarding whether the interviewer had moved on or if there were other reasons for the absence. I followed up with HR on WhatsApp, and they mentioned that another interview would be scheduled for 8/4. 8/4 - I finally had my first interview. The overall experience was swift. However, due to an internet connection issue on their side, the interviewer disconnected from the call shortly after. The interview included two scenario-based behavioral questions followed by a reading test. They can improve the overall interview process to reflect the branding of the MNC status company. Please be more accountable.
