It was really friendly interview. The panel consisted of two ladies who were really kind and encouraging. They just saw to it whether we were confident and had a stance(positive or negative) to the questions asked.

They began with asking us to introduce ourselves. they then asked us about our hobbies. One of us was short film maker.And so they asked us to tell us " if you were to make a movie about Accenture, how would it be?" . However my friends were given a common day-to-day topic and asked them to speak about it for couple of minutes. That was it!

The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.

Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
